Optonique is pleased to invite its members to its upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place on Friday, 26 September 2025, from 8:00 to 11:00 a.m. at the ROBIC offices in Montréal. A breakfast will be served on site to warmly welcome participants in a friendly atmosphere.

This annual gathering is a key moment in Optonique’s associative life. It will provide an opportunity to review the past year’s activities, discuss forthcoming strategic directions, and bring together stakeholders from across our ecosystem around shared projects.

The AGM will also be the occasion to re-elect certain members of the Board of Directors. In this regard, a call for nominations is now officially open. To be eligible, candidates must hold a management position within an industrial member or an institutional and innovation member of the Corporation.
