Description

Optech is a technology transfer center specialize in photonics and quantum technologies incorporated as a non-profit organization. We help businesses carry out their research and development activities for products and processes. We support companies in their innovation efforts using optics and photonics technologies at every development stage – from feasibility studies to the design, prototyping, testing, and operational validation phases – as well as for small-scale production. We also help companies identify the tax incentive programs and grants that best fit their specific contexts. Optech structured its technological know-how around five main areas of expertise : fiber optics, illumination & imaging, metrology, microsystems, and AI in optics. Our cross-disciplinary structure helps us reach different types of companies operating in a variety of innovative fields, including biomedical technologies, arts, multimedia, quantum technologies, environment, energy and industrial production.
